Hard fighting of 1863

Company C has seen a lot of fighting this year. Many men have fallen during hard fighting. We solute their bravery. I have compiled a number of "photo tins" from a Mr. Mathew B. Brady. I have displayed them below.

The company receives training out at Fort Dayton early this spring.

Our company was steamed into Mills Creek, NC to expel the rebel forces from town and crush the southern aggression.
