Supplies
1- 6 “ roll of masking paper
1- small length of 2” diameter plastic pipe
1- ½” dowel 12 inches
1- sharp knife
1. Roll the paper around the plastic pipe.
2. Cut straight across paper.
3. Turn roll to uncut side and cut at an angle along the paper.
4. And there you have them.
5. Place concave dowel over paper with about 1 to 1 ¼” from end of paper.
6. Roll paper over dowel.
7.Pinch together end of paper. Twist paper and tuck into itself.
8. Tap and press end of dowel into hard surface.
